I love my mama.....

A Lesson on getting a mouse in to the house when you are an outdoor cat....In order that you may truly show your appreciation from them taking care of you.

1.) Rarely ever meow, always purr, that way when you do meow loud enough to be heard inside that have to come open the door.
2.) Walk in with the mouse in your mouth, that why when you are picked up you can drop it on the carpet.
3.) Wait for the family to notice, then start to play with it if they let you down on the carpet.
4.) Watch them throw it outside and then refuse to go outside because they just refused your gift
5.) Ride in the arms of the person who heads off to get the Hydrogen-Peroxide, so that the mousy blood can be cleaned out of the carpet.

The little dark spot on the carpet next to me is the blood.

6.) Listen politely as she tells you "How they like it that the mice aren't going to be coming in the house because they are dead, but they don't want the dead mice in the house."
7.) Finally go outside, when the time comes for the cleaning process to happen.
8.) Take the mousy into your outdoor house.
9.) Then when mama decides to take your picture with you and your mousy, take off and away.

Yep that is how you do it....

PS If you do it when it is dark it is much harder from to see the mousy as you are moving it....

Rub a dub, dub....

Cleaning after a meal is a essential.....
For looking one's best .....

Is essential if the goal is to be a star....

P.S. I am teaching Mystique this too...although she doesn't seem to need much help...She likes to have clean fur....

Why did there have to be Snow??????

When the weather gets like this.....
Which I have been learning can happen quite a few times in one winter season....


I walk like this....Put my paws down as little as possible and shake them when I pick them up to get the snow off...

That is right I don't really care for this stuff....

My Favourite subject...

So Mumzy has been a busy bee with her university work lately and has been hogging the computer so I am sorry I haven't updated the blog sooner!The other day she was doing her work and I thought I would be a clever kitty and join in...

I believe it was history I was reading at the time! All very interesting! I think I will get cracking with the operating systems book next time... I also tried dabbling with a bit of networking the other day too...

I could see all these wires and thought I would crawl under the top bit of Mumzy's work desk and put them in their right places for her. It was rather cozy in there too!

I was only trying to help...that's why I'm looking soooooo innocent... I wasn't to know Mumzy was in the middle of her homework on the computer!! Hehe

Mama says my gums are looking better....

So after the doctors visit mama has been faithfully giving me my new medicine twice a day. She says that my gums seem to be looking better. Plus she has noticed that I have had more energy over the last couple of days....Here is a picture of me up where she gives me my medicine...
Towel is to keep me from ruining or spitting medicine on the tray table. I am looking at a Kitty Treat trying to figure out if I want it.

Welcoming mama...

So the other day when mama pulled into the drive and parked the car, I greeted her by first putting my head up so that I could see at least the windshield...then I though "Oh, I need to let her know even more how happy I am to see her"...She decided to pull out her camera and proceeded to take my picture:

Going to the Doctor

So mama and her mommy finally decided to take me back to the vet after coming to the conclusion that my gum infection was back...(I had one back in Dec. and was given yucky tasting medicine for 10 days during Christmas break)

Mama was nice enough to bring up the cat carrier for me before it was time to go so that it would warm up...

Trying to convince mama to let me out of that silly cage....

Going for pity in the hopes of getting out of the CAGE......

After a long car ride, in which I meowed for mama (I rarely ever do that...I prefer purring...Much more sophisticated ;-) We arrived at the Vet's and then waited in the waiting room. After getting called back to the Room....

We waited some more for the Vet to come in (very typical of doctors or so I am told) and mama took this picture of me....I thought the towel was quite comfy...

The plaque that was hanging on the wall...for some odd reason mama and her mommy thought it was somewhat funny and thought that I needed a picture of it to share on the blog...I just don't get it....

The result of the trip: I have my gum infection again. I was put on a different antibiotic for a longer period of time in the hopes that I would be able to get over it and it isn't something worse. So now I get cuddled by mama twice a day but I have to take this medicine...oh well, I guess I will live...

My Week

Well, my week has been fun filled! Mumzy had lessons all day most of the time so it was just me and my Dadzy. He was doing some sort of paperwork for a few days and it looked rather important so I thought Id help him out! I carefully laid on all of the folders he needed to make sure nobody took them away from him!!! He was very pleased and didn't shout, he just took lots of photo's of me as usual!!

Friends Came to Visit....

This is our shy friend who came to visit...I don't think that she wants to come up on the deck because mama sprayed vinegar on a kitty who looked like this friend earlier. ;-)

It must have worked because here she is at the door.....

We also got a visit from a friend who looks very similar to our shy one, but is much fluffier and has a white underbelly like Toya.

Neither of them got to come inside, like we do at times, but they still got to look in the window and see the pretty house.
